Thank you for being so patient getting our internet back.

At the moment it's going to have three stars I'll probably change it when we get all of the stuff working so we could actually have internet at my Mum and dad's house but at the moment that is all

Situated in Ellenbrook WA on a previous Fibre To The Premise connection (FTTP) locked down to only one Internet Service Provider I was looking for better quality of service then I was currently receiving.Jumped on Node1’s website checked out their plans and did a service availability / address check.Signed up for Node1 fixed wireless in May 2020.When I called up to arrange installation I spoke to local staff(not an overseas call centre)and I was extremely impressed with there knowledge and customer service.I had a few questions in regards to the installation which were answered and they took into consideration my specific requirements and worked to get the best outcome based on my particular scenario.On the day of installation the Technicians were professional, polite, very helpful and also worked to get the best outcome based on my specific needs and requirements.Since installation I have had good quality of service and consistent speeds averaging approx 145mbps download and approx 100mbps upload which I’m extremely happy with and is quicker then the Fibre To the Premise (FTTP) connection that I was previously on with another Service Provider.Node1 have also followed up from time to time to make sure all is well and that I’m happy with the service.In all my years dealing with internet providers I have never received this level of service until now!!!I have been highly recommending them to friends, family, work colleagues ,clients and I’m extremely happy with their service.To the team at Node1 keep up the great work.Regards,Elton Aquino:)

Internet drops out all the time now days, use to be ok never very fast but least it worked continuously for longer then a day.

Node 1 has been amazing both in terms of speed/reliability and customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely impressed by the customer service from the front desk to the tech staff i recommend to anyone the internet is fine granted ive only been with them 2 weeks as of today and have had a problem with the nbn I called on Sunday to say something was wrong I spoke with a mat and he was a delight to deal with someone was here first thing Monday morning.. keep up the excellent work and you will have a customer for life i will be recommending to everyone..

Awesome service, very responsive

Nearly 2 months now with internet supply that spends more time off than on. Have rung them nearly every day and got nowhere with the problem being fixed after replacing everything at our cost. Clearly they have dropped the ball with their service now it has been sold to a corporate.
